A business card, a receipt, a handwritten work order. Magie pulls out the name, number, and email, and asks where to file it.
Most CRMs hand you their system — pipelines, deals, contacts — and you spend a month bending your business to match. MagieCRM works the other way. You tell Magie what you do and how you work, and it sets up your trackers, your stages, and your fields, named the way you'd name them.
The $5 pays for building it with you. It comes off your first month, and back to you if it isn't right.

These four get four different CRMs. So does everyone else — there's no template underneath.
Pay $5 and tell Magie about your business. Plain English is the whole interface.
It builds your CRM while you watch. Got a spreadsheet? Bring it — every row becomes a record.
Keep it or don't. The $5 comes off your first month, or comes back if the build isn't right.
How it works
Say you're a groomer and you want to track vaccination dates, with a reminder before one lapses. Type that. Magie adds the field, writes the rule, and shows you both before anything turns on. Nothing runs until you approve it.
If you'd rather build things yourself, the menus are all there — add fields, rearrange stages, rename whatever you want. The one thing you can't build by hand is automations. Those you have to ask for, which most people find is the easier half of the deal anyway.
Magie shows you the change before it happens. The rule stays off until you turn it on.
The data entry
Most of what belongs in a CRM already exists somewhere else — a business card, an email, a work order on the passenger seat. Magie reads those so you don't retype them. It always shows you what it read before anything is saved.

Your CRM has its own email address. Forward a lead from Thumbtack or anywhere else and it becomes a record. If that person's already in your CRM, it goes on their record instead of making a duplicate.
From your truck, from any inbox: "remind me to call Dana Friday about the deck." It sets the task and replies when it's done. It verifies the sender is actually you before doing anything.
Coming from a spreadsheet
A spreadsheet runs a lot of real businesses just fine, right up until it doesn't — it can't chase an estimate, notice you entered the same customer twice, or remind you about anything.
Drop yours into Magie and every row becomes a record, every column a field. When you get next month's version, re-import it: the same records update instead of duplicating.
And it works in reverse. Your records export back to a spreadsheet in one click, on any plan, even after you cancel. You can try this without giving anything up.
Re-imported March 4 · 12 records updated · 0 duplicated
Before you spend the $5
Also, honestly: if you have an IT department and forty sales reps, you'll outgrow us — buy the big thing. And if your current system isn't dropping anything, keep your current system.
The standard stuff
Every plan has every feature. Plans differ by team size and record count, nothing else.
Pricing
On the page, because you shouldn't have to book a call to find out.
$99/month
$179/month
$299/month
Extra people are $15/month each, on any plan. "Active records" means what you're currently working with — archived records don't count against you. If you go over, nothing gets deleted; the extras wait until you upgrade.
Because the trial here isn't poking around an empty app — it's Magie building your actual CRM with you, around your actual business. The $5 makes that real work on both sides. It's credited to your first month if you stay, and refunded if the build isn't right.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, walled off from other accounts at the database level, and never used to train anyone's AI models. Card numbers go to Stripe and never touch our servers.
Common questions
One sitting, for most people. You answer questions about your business while Magie builds; if you bring a spreadsheet, it reads that in and you check what it found. Plan for an evening. If it somehow turns into a week, that's what the refund is for.
Probably — that's the reason this exists. There are no built-in "deals" or "contacts" to rename. Magie starts from how you describe your work and builds trackers for those things specifically, whether they're dogs, hives, boats, or wedding clients.
You export it to a spreadsheet — one click, any plan, and it still works after you cancel. Canceling itself is a button in settings, not a phone call with a retention department.
You don't need to be. Setting it up and changing it later are both done by describing what you want. If you can write a text message, that's the skill level required.
There's AI inside it — that's what reads a photo into a client record and turns "remind me Friday" into a reminder. Two rules it always follows: it never acts without your approval, and your data is never used to train anyone's models. Beyond that, you can ignore how it works.
The build: Magie setting up your CRM around your business before you've committed to a subscription. If you subscribe, it's credited to your first month. If the build isn't right, it's refunded. Either way you keep an export of anything you put in.
From the person who built it
I built MagieCRM because every CRM I tried came with somebody else's business baked in. You could rename the pieces, sit through the tutorials, pay for the add-ons — and it still never quite matched how the work actually happened.
So this one starts from your business instead. It costs $5 to see yours in it. If it's not right, you get the $5 back and keep the export.
